La Sala Ponent de l’Auditori de la Mediterrània ha acogido esta mañana el “I Foro Sanitario sobre el Brexit”, con el objetivo de resolver las dudas en cuestiones sanitarias de los residentes británicos de La Nucía.  La cónsul británica Sarah-Jane Morris participó en esta jornada informativa a los residentes británicos nucieros, totalmente gratuita.

El fórum, organizado por Brexithealthcare.com en colaboración con el Ayuntamiento de La Nucía, se ha enfocado en cuestiones sanitarias y otros temas relevantes para los residentes británicos que viven en España.   En las ponencias del  “I Foro Sanitario sobre el Brexit”,  “se ha informado sobre los derechos y obligaciones de residentes y no residentes, ventajas y desventajas de la salud pública y privada, diferencias entre estar empadronado o no en el padrón municipal de habitantes”, explicó Sarah-Jane Morris, cónsul Británica en la provincia de Alicante.

“Los vecinos extranjeros están asustados y desde el Ayuntamiento de La Nucía queremos estar junto a ellos, para responder a sus dudas y preguntas. Aquí han tenido la oportunidad de formular sus cuestiones e informarse de primera mano” explicó Bart Gommans, concejal de Residentes Extranjeros.
