FRAX FOUNDATION, ANAGRAMA 100

A new exhibition of street sculpture by the British Will Coles will be on display until October 21st in the «Navarro Ramón» space of Fundación Frax (Alfàs del Pi). Coles is well known in the world of Anglo-Saxon art for the «challenging» point that stands out in his sculptures, with a pop and conceptual aesthetic.

His disturbing works have already surprised cities around the world, especially by incorporating dissonant words and full of black humor into the pieces.

Although most of the work can be seen in the form of urban art, many of its pieces can also be found in private and public collections. Most of his work, however, disappears over time, despite the powerful glue he uses to place the sculptures on public roads. Simply, the public takes them home.
